Central Jersey Shops

I am looking to get some basic work done on my '15 BRZ, mainly brakes and suspension. I don't have the tools needed to do the job myself at the moment. This is on a stock car with stock parts. I would strongly prefer to go to a shop that is competent working on Japanese imports. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

DunnFab down in South Jersey specializes in Twins.

Procom Racing in Toms River, NJ is a Subaru specialty shop and does a lot of work on first and second gen 86s. I've used them extensively and they do a great job.

Compact Kars next to Six Flags is pretty good for bolt ons and body work.

AZP Installs is in Kenilworth as well for an option.

What shop did you end up going with and how was their work? I'm putting new suspension on this weekend and need a alignment.

Sjf performance is the best place around for suspension/alignment work.

I used to go to them from Long Island for my auto x cars.

Can’t agree more - I have been going to SJF for alignment and tire mounting/balancing for years. Won’t go anywhere else and it is worth a 1h drive or tow for me.

I wound up going to Dunn Fab Motorsports. They did an alright job and their prices are at least in line with other shops for the amount of work they did, but I wouldn't go back to them again. If you do wind up going there, just know they don't have an alignment rack and perform their alignments through a third party.
