Clutch - Only necessary for big power. If you're making this much power... then you should be prepared to be spending. How much do 300whp cars cost from the factory?
Gauges - Use a OBD2 scanner instead. You don't need a boost gauge; you'll know if you're losing boost.
Ecutek/cable/license - Included in the CARB kits for $5k or so.
Oil cooler - typically the only other major cost, if you get a setup that includes a tune.
