He deals directly with Japanese companies and his paid profession is to work with accurate, factual data. He's given me inside information on business ops of a few recognizable Japanese companies that have a hand in this car and the info checked out. His circle includes people tied to Toyota Corporate and 86 chief engineer. He doesn't work with the media and has nothing to gain in misinforming me. I don't want to affect his business relations so keeping him anonymous.
