Part of the job of selling cars is to have solutions to the problems people have of the car they're interested in. Mind you, I think offering "LED strips" and remote start as solutions is pretty idiotic.
Some customers may feel the same way as you and sometimes it's justified, but on the flip side, I've also seen a lot of idiotic customers that have ridiculous expectations.
