On the other side of thing, we see TONS of miss typed emails on our side, leading to errors of non-delivered confirmations and tracking emails. Not saying that was the case but we do see it a lot. You would also be surprised how many times people type their address in wrong, daily we fix digit issues on address to zip codes.
