Hi there.

Do not stagger your tire sizes. If your wheels are all 18x9.5 than you need to run the same size tire all around or else you will run into issues with oversteer/understeer.

An 18x9.5 should run a 255/35/18 or larger tire. Anything less will not be ideal, UNLESS you specifically want the stretched tire look, or a stanced out car.

If you are doing grip driving, go with a 255 or larger. I run a 18x9.5 +40 with a 265/35/18 and it did/does rub if you do not apply enough camber.

The fact that your wheels are a +35 means they will stick out farther than mine do, so I could imagine they will rub on the fenders unless you add a decent amount of camber. However, you only have a 1 inch drop, which is not much, so I don't think you would have any rubbing issues.
