Is your long term fuel trim +25/+30? because overall fuel time is STFT + LTFT.
If you changed the injector and the MAF sensor it might have different flow characteristics. So adjusting the tune might be the solution.
The only other thing I can think of is maybe your turbo is worn out. Can you freely spin it with your hand? it might be time for a rebuild.
