No, actually would be the contrary, a total sum of -7% means your commanded fuel injection is 7% higher than required
but in reality is neither lean or rich since you were just right in the parking lot, i assume you were near idle or low load anyway, so it was in closed loop and the ecu always adjust the afr to meet the target, using those two trims

but without a log is all an assumption, you d need to record a log of some random driving plus a full throttle 3rd gear pull from 2000rpm to redline
