They are about 2x the spring rate of the stock springs. In my case I can for sure feel the higher rates - the car follows up/down motions in the road more closely. Impacts are not worse - probably actually better than the stock springs/shocks. It's stiffer for sure, but not really harsher - and the trade is the handling is better.
