Ok, I am sure this has been done by SOMEONE, but I cant find it. What I want: A replacement Head Unit that will run android or Windows 8.1 with the ability to run both dash/rear cameras on startup, and for the duration of the drive - until I specify that it overwrites, and that can run other Apps at the same time (torque for example). If anyone knows of a HU that could do this, or if there are good ideas out there, please let me know....
