Subaru's OEM wideband front O2 sensor table (10.14 AFR) for any intake
Hi all, I've been decoding the red intake ECUs and one of the cool things I found is that Subaru has rescaled the Front O2 sensor down to 10.14 AFR. I know the community was trying to work out this rescaling a few years ago with black intake vehicles (which were limited to 12.17 AFR), and since both use the same front O2 sensor, that seems useful to share. So here's what Subaru thinks a wideband scaling should look like for gen1 (K00G black intake, S10C red intake) Front Oxygen Sensor Scaling A/B.
EDIT: See tomm's comment below; Ecutek may have a better-scaled table, and there's other threads on this forum discussing that scaling years ago as well. This may not be the best scaling, but any of them is going to be an improvement over what shipped in 2012. Last edited by callisto; 04-07-2023 at 07:22 PM. |

they updated it in 2017 because they implemented full time closed loop fueling in non-euro tunes
in Euro tunes they implemented it in 2018 with Q00G calibration anyway any tuner is rescaling the lambda since the beginning.. oft tunes have it rescaled to Subaru scaling anyway is still a bit off compared to real life values, when you get to compare it to a wideband aftermarket sensor you see it s pretty off Ecutek gives a pretty good rescaling to use that is more precise in their pdf files |

Hmm, I'll have to look into that, but as I don't have Ecutek I'm not sure I have access to those. Thanks for the tip!

I’m working on a different project than the usual max-perf tuning, call it stock-plus if you like, but in this specific case I’d never seen the official 17-20 sensor scale posted, so I shared it. If you have a tune or a dyno you can in theory get better outcomes than stock, so go for it! |
