Hey everybody!
Just tried activating the alarm on my 10 series just like on a BRZ limited and it worked!

Worked for me too!

Hard to believe they didn't list this as another 10 Series feature. Did they? Anybody's dealer show them this, or activate it?

Nope. First I learned about it was thumbing through one of the guides this morning and thought "this must be for Canadian cars only". Going to set mine up today.

P. 76 in Owner's Manual. It took me a few tries before activating it. Note that the activation procedure must be started within seconds of the start button press while the beeper is still sounding.

Check for proper activation by putting either window down, start button to "off", exit the car and lock with remote. Wait 30 sec for the alarm to arm (light in tach goes from solid to flashing), reach in and unlock then open either door. Horn and head/tailights flash and sound about twice/sec. Press unlock button on remote to stop commotion.

How the hell are those leather seats a thing?? That is definitely not a standard option...

Also thanks for the info all on the alarm, will be activating mine today

Lastly can someone take a picture of their mats? I thought there were special 10 series mats or something and I just have standard ones and no trunk mat...

The Leather seats are a dealer option, my dealer has a place that they install the leather seats and can be heated for 2k

Front mats are the same. Trunk mat has special stitching. If you did not get a trunk mat I would call your dealer.
