Hi Guys, I have been out to the Garage 88 store. Freshly painted brand new factory.. it will have a full workshop and Michael knows his Subaru's. Dixcel will be his big brake brand and stock should be on shelves very soon. Oh... and to show his commitment Michael has a white GTS. He is working on his own exhaust and many other exclusive 86/BRZ items... may well become the home for 86 mods in Sydney.

He has gone all out so I for one will be supporting him ...

Probably more than what it cost to just get a GTS in the first place :P

Cost wasn't the deciding factor in getting the GT, it was the wait time.

i would assume climate control would be somewhat easier to swap in than push start.
You would need a computer from a push start model I would guess.

The push start is more than a computer and a button. It's more like 5 computers (out of about 30 computers in the car) which all talk to each other on a network. And about 5 aerials to detect if the "key" is inside the car or outside. The system talks to the steering computers (steering lock) amoung others...

In short, it's a complex system. Not somethig you can realy upgrade to. You just need a GTS car if you want that button.

For racing / modifying/ working on your car... the normal key is better.
