It's a prototype and I will change my remark to suit this.

I hand weld allot, on submarines, that's my profession. If I tried to pass that shit off to my supervisor or an inspector they'd pull my qualifications and send me back to remedial training.

Who ever does it could at least do a good job of wire brushing the welds a bit.

I like ft86speedfactory but this could use a little more polishing before you release.

You all did see that this is the PROTOTYPE version, correct? The welds on my V1 are fantastic and I would imagine its the same welder. Give it some time!

This is a prototype, and honestly the welds are just as good as anything else out there for this car. Not sure if you have seen Borla or any others out there? What I think you are referring to as a crack is a line drawn with a sharpie since again this is a prototype. We made some marks for measurements cleaned most off and forgot a couple it looks like.

Thank you for the input though. We'll be taking suggestions into the production versions.

A lot of people are running catless headers without a tune. Although not ideal, it is totally fine. This is an even better option because it is catted. You will see power gains and will not get a CEL because the 02 sensor stays in basically the same-as-stock location. So again, tuneless should be no problem. Obviously to see the biggest gains, a tune is required.

Really looks like a solid product! Great work

Bora's rolled beads and bouger welds are pretty awful, but come on now. I know it's a prototype, but I wouldn't show that shit to consumers looking to buy your product.

Honestly I'm not saying there design is bad, I wouldn't really know from that aspect. But with welding like that your better of going with JDL, Revworks, or the open flash headers.
