WOW...this should not be this difficult.

I just got my 2013 back after a nice lady took the fender and door out. $4500 to replace the two panels and re-paint the side of the car.

I called the nice lady at my insurance company from the side of the road. Told her I had been backed into while stationary and was going to drop the car off at the shop of my choice. (She tried to steer me to their preferred shop by saying they don't "Guarantee" my shops work. That is a scam.) I had the nice insurance lady call Enterprise car rental who met me at the body-shop with the rental car.

The body-shop dealt with all the appraisal stuff and all I had to do was wait three weeks.

If the OP's car is not totaled, I would scream like hell. That thing is tweaked in ways that will keep showing up for years. What do you think the cascading result of trying to jam the drive-shaft into the radiator via the gearbox and crankshaft is going to be on the entire drivetrain? This is going to end up on a Carfax report and WILL kill your resale/trade-in value to the tune of 1,000s of dollars if you sell in the next three years. I plain would not buy such a car no matter how good it looked after the repairs. This is a slam dunk case for diminished value claim.
