I just walked around your car out there at Wilsonville. Looks like a real heap. If you change your mind maybe I'll take it.

By the way, they offered me a $27,500 trade-in value on my 2000 86. That was basically what I paid for it new in April. I'm holding off on ordering just yet because I may decide to try to sell it privately for a little more and I'm still hoping Toyota might pull its head out of its keister and start talking to customers about availability.

If you desire any input from resentful first gen torque haters, let me know. I'm sure I can dig up a few.

OP...

Congrats on getting the first 2022 BRZ on the forum.

Looks great.

My car will (hopefully) be here in Nashville on November 16th.

Enjoy.

Man that looks great. Can't wait for mine in the same color.

Promotional pictures or videos never sold me on the looks and didn't do it any justice in total honestly. I don't know what it was but sometimes the front looked too long or just looked odd to me sometimes. I know everyone hated on the front especially when it was first announced.

When I started seeing user videos though, that's what convinced me to get the BRZ (especially the WRB).

I'm starting to sway back toward the Subaru now.

Also curious to see how much room is in the fenders for wheels. Hoping we can still pull off 18x9.5 or 18x10 with 255/35 or 265/35

Toyota released availability yesterday, and pricing. 12/1/2021 on availability (in dealerships).
