Yes, I'm running stock alignment specs up front. I'm also lowered about 2". I think, maybe more. The highest part of the fender edge is just about 26.25" from the ground.

Uhhh.. No. FRP kills it. Also, that add-on piece makes it look very odd.

What material would you prefer (serious question)?

I owned a vehicle once (10+ years ago) that came OEM with the majority of its body panels made of fiberglass (essentially FRP). Really high quality, but OEM spends millions on tooling (so expected). Most FRP I've seen in the aftermarket fits badly and looks bad. I would prefer a pre-preg carbon fiber material (expensive) or even aluminum with the welds clearly visible. I realize that OEM tooling is out of reach for the majority of aftermarket, so FRP can't be expected to be anything of high quality. Even shops who I've spoke to who do FRP body panel installs regularly are honest about the cutting, molding, fitting, drilling issues that arise. I also realize cost is a factor.

My opinion of course. Always welcome to disregard it.

Todoroki Front Fenders

When the aftermarket chooses to be honest about their FRP manufacturing processes, such as providing info/pics on the quality of their molds (level of precision IN = level of precision OUT), the nature of the material they are using, the amount of time they are leaving their FRP parts on the molds to cure, their test fit policies, etc, then I might change my mind. The reality is this probably won't happen because they know they are producing sub-par parts. It's a cost issue.

It's not hard to make good quality fiber fenders. Vertex makes beautiful pieces. My JZZ30 fenders are flawless.

Ok. So its safe to say that a HUGE portion of the body parts made in the past century for all cars were frp? Ive had very few carbon parts, and ive never had a poor fitment. Maybe cause i bought name brand and not ebay specials lol.
