As it was explained to me they had problems with the adhesives when clear bra first came to market, and they would yellow over time, not the film itself. However the newer adhesives should remain clear for the life of the film.

I had a clear bra installed when I tinted the windows and have been very happy with it so far. Only complaint I have is the edges really love to collect dirt, so it's a bit of extra work to keep it clean.

Also recommend changing out the stock head unit. Swapped mine for a Kenwood unit (don't remember the model # off the top of my head) and the difference was night and day.
