Start with JB's numbers, however its possible down the road you may get more knock. Some days you might be running richer or leaner, or the IAT may be playing a big impact. There are a bunch of factors that can cause knock.

I forgot to say earlier - the calibration and using a pen/stylus helped immensely. OFT actually responding to my input now.

Just got my header back from being ceramic coated so here are some pics. Shiny!

Goes on the car tomorrow, so that's the last I'll see of it.

nice @jvincent , enjoy!

something I've been thinking about with the OFH and I guess other UELs as well... are all 4 runners of different length or is it 2 sets of equal runners? I assumed it was 2/2 but I can also see the runner lengths being something like 9" 10" 16" 17"

Not internally coated. But at least still better than not coated at all.

Excellent. From personal experience I can tell you that using even the sharpest of human fingers to properly calibrate the touch screen is impossible. Definitely need a pen/stylus!

TC1 ceramic coating inside & out, good enough for turbochargers.

The type of coating is a compromise for show than thermal barrier.

Not trying to pick a fight, but since you don't even know what coating was used, I'm surprised you know so much about its characteristics.

OFT is a small tablet computer that communicates and read/writes to the engine computer.

OFH is an exhaust manifold replacement.

You can use the OFT on a 100% stock car. But you can also buy the OFH (or similar header from other vendor) and use OFT to tune the computer to take advantage of the exhaust part.
