for the most part i think i will get rid of most of my sb's since i dont wear them anymore. I bought almost all my dunks in high school but only rock Jays now

After picking up the retro cement IV's, I realized how shitty JB are. My black V's are squeaking and so are my Chicago X's. As much as I want to pick up the rest of the retros for this year, I keep telling myself, these shoes are only made to stay in the box.

That's such a shame b/c most of the young hyperbeasts now have no idea on what the real Nike Air Jordan's felt like.

That's why I've become more selective on JB shoes. But I shouldn't have to tell you that it helps when you have a bunch of sneakers to rotate through so it helps keeps all your shoes fresh.

I agree they're pretty bad. The IV cements leather is terrible, it's like plastic! The midsole even doesn't look that good. They really don't even look that good on the shelf! Why I buy them, I don't know. I think it's just because I never owned them, and I don't want to pay a ton of money for used pairs. Wearing someone else's shoes just would feel weird.

I haven't had a problem with squeaking though. I've worn my black metallic Vs quite a few times too.
