I had both the OE and stg 2 clutch out today. Took some pics of measurements. I don't claim to have done a perfect job or know the proper way of measuring, but here's what I have...

The first two pictures are measuring the between the peaks of the bumps in the spine. This sould be the smaller diameter.
Exedy

OE

The second pair of photos shows the larger diameter, between the valleys of the spline.

Exedy

OE

Unfortunately I can't. The stock clutch is going back in today while I'm at work and I'm shipping out the Exedy for them to inspect.

The only people who should be working on the issue are Exedy, and based on the last post here doesn't seem like they think there's any issue.

I am not saying the hub size IS the issue. What I am saying is there IS an issue, as 10+ people having the issue does not seem to be an isolated/random case. I'm also saying that based on Evan's response here, they kind of washed their hands on the subject. I called/emailed him first and foremost about the issue and have not heard back from him at all.

The odd issue that we are having is that other companies that are supposedly not an issue use the same spline hubs as we do. The five stage 2 discs that have been removed from the shelf all fit the spline gage perfectly. Since we are currently backordered on the flywheels I will pull all of the stage 2 discs and indiviually measure and fit to the spline guage to ensure fitment.

Has anybody tried our stage 2 kit for the OEM flywheel? Part number is TK07T.

Has the issue only been the 15953FW?

Do the vehicles still have the clutch restrictors in the hydraulics?

Does anybody that is experiencing the issue have the clutch out of the vehicle? Would it be possible for you to return the kit for inspection? If so IM your phone or email and I will get an RGA number issued.

Everyone so far and as far as I know, is using the 15953FW kit.

Clutch restrictor as in clutch delay valve? The car does not seem to have a clutch delay valve from what I've read discussed before. I also believe no one here has modified any component in the hydraulics (aside maybe me SS clutch line).
