It must only be a matter of time until we all get them, they are 1019 if not more produced, they have to be arriving soon. Can't be 1000 cars in limbo somewhere lol. Fingers crossed we all get it soon

I think everyone here is overestimating how popular this car is/going to be. Scion is a very polarizing brand around the country. I don't think these are flying off the lot in many parts of the country.

Me telling my friends in NYC that the I am buying a scion frs.

"dude, are you having a midlife crisis?", "what's with the rice rocket?", "scion? isn't that a teenager's brand", "what are we, back in high school?"

Me telling my friends in Chicago that I am buying a scion

"what's a scion?", "is that the one with the commercials of the the dancing squirrels?", "oh yeah, scion, don't they make the really ugly box looking car?"


Me telling my friends in LA that I am buying a scion frs

"that's sweet man", "I see those cars all over the place, I want one", "stick of auto", "I love my TC", "Scion's really grown up in the last few years"

Four dealers I called in the last week just to inquire about stock

"yeah, there's a wait list and we are only allocated 2", "um..let me check on that, yea we are getting those, come in an check it out", "uh..I didn't realize we were getting a special edition, let me check, it might be more expensive","no one has called about it yet, you're the first!"

well, NYC friends don't drive. Chicago friends vary, At the high end, BMWs, Lexus, at the low end, civics and corollas. LA friends drive BMWS, Audis. One guy is still ricing around town in a heavily modified Civic SI.
