Edit: The special gas station is conveniently located after a lot of twisty roads. Should I avoid spirited driving with an adv multiplier this low?
Try to run a tank with higher octane and do some pulls to see what you get.

I have to press pretty hard on my screen. It is not very sensitive like a phone or tablet.

My 2013 A/T is completely stock except a drop in K&N filter. I run 93 octane and am looking for a bit more 0-60 speed. Is it possible to safely do with the OFT or do I need to change the diff gears?

Change diff gears? You should be fine flashing a base tune and will see a little improvement in power delivery. I am not sure it would improve overall 0-60 speed.

I already use the base stage 1 tune and it actually made the 0-60 slower by .5 secs. The only thing it did was get rid of the torque dip.

log your wide open throttle AFR and compare to Commanded AFR, it possible its running quite rich, if so you will need to adjust maf scaling

I am a complete novice when it comes to tuning a car. My entire experience tuning a car consists of clicking the button to write the A/T stage 1 93 octane tune. lol If you could provide me with some instructions that would be great. Also I am thinking of mounting the tablet in my car and was wondering if the heat will ruin the tablet. I live in south Florida so it gets pretty hot.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks in advance,
OFT Data Logging

DATA VIEWING/LOGGING INSTRUCTIONS
First, plug the OFT into your car. Start the engine. Then select DIAGNOSTICS. Then MY CAR. Then SELECT REALTIME DATA DISPLAY. With the engine running, you will see several active data channels (engine speed, throttle, etc,.). You can view up to 14 different channels at a time. To select which 14 channels you want to view, go back to the DIAGNOSTICS menu (LEFT arrow) and select ENABLE DATA CHANNELS. The list of available channels is quite long so you will have to keep scrolling downwards (down arrow) to see them all. To add a channel to the viewing/logging list, just select it by touching the box next to the channel. Once you reach a maximum of 14 selected channels, you will not be able to select any more channels. You can deselect channels as well by touching the box again. Once you have the list of channels you want to view/log, press the RIGHT arrow. Then select REALTIME DATA SCREEN and you will see the desired channels.

To data log (record data to memory), simply press the record (REC) button to the left of the screen. The disk icon will flash when data logging is active. To end the data log, simply press the disk icon again. At this point, you will be asked to name and save the file to memory. To download the data log files from the OFT to your PC, launch OpenFlash Manager and click on Data Logging. Then select Download All Files from OFT. You will then see a list of all the data log files that you have named and saved. Select the desired file and click on Export Selected File (.CSV) at which point you will then name and save the file to your PC. There is a limit to how many files the OFT can store so eventually you will need to delete old files. You can do this by selecting a file and then clicking on Delete Selected File. Or you can delete all the saved files by clicking on Delete All Files.

Gonna try this out tomorrow. I have the day off. How do I know if it is running to rich or lean? What should I look for? Also thanks for helping me out. Do you think the tablet can withstand the heat if I leave the tablet mounted in the car?
