Congrats! You may be the first one to get it. Take lots of pics when you do take delivery and post 'em here

I can't hide my jealousy right now. My dealer said they would get back to me on putting down a deposit by the end of the week. The dealership I'm talking to is pretty big, but maybe I should keep looking.

Still haven't found a single dealership in North Carolina that knows anything about the Monogram. Perhaps they plan to start shipping them to west coast dealers first.

My dealership said that's usually what happens. California gets em first than they get shipped over here

That's good news, initiated by the regional distribution department that calls it "hot process". It translates into three business days processing time after discharging from the ship and installing all PIO's if they're in stock.

The weak link is getting it on a truck heading out to the regional parts distribution center. They usually want to fill a truck with dealer vehicles before releasing from the port. This time of month is before the biggest allocation of any month so they won't have many deliveries scheduled except leftovers from the last mid-month allocation.

Once it's dropped at the PDC it's PDI/PDS'd by the management trainee who recently attended the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving (j/k) who will ferry it the mile to the regional office unless you've made arrangements to take delivery at the PDC.

Hopefully they'll be able to construct a full load with yours onboard for delivery next week or if they're in a good mood release it as a partial load to keep the Longshoremen/Teamsters busy. Good luck!

I love this, and I'm glad that everyone is excited and these things are being sold fast. But I, still kinda sad you can't get any of these in aquamarine, discontinued blue, would be nice of you could. Good luck everyone ! I hope you'll all get your perfect FRS

The Monogram prototype at the Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) isn't even a real Monogram. Sat in it today, and it had the regular turn-key ignition lol, the push-button (10-Series/BRZ) was just put in and wasn't even functional. Thought that was funny.

The seats are very nice though.

Why do you mean by "discontinued blue"? Do you mean that the Monogram is not available in Ultramarine?

I called my local dealer on the night of the 13th and they didn't know anything about it but took my word it was true. She explained how new models or limited editions are allocated and that they usually don't even know what color or trans will show up. She said I was the first to inquire about it and offered to take a deposit right then to put me at the top of the wait list. I told her it had to be Raven 6MT or I didn't want it. She said she would get the sales manager to call me the next day about ordering one. They must have done some research because he called me right when she said he would and said he had all the pre-order paperwork ready and asked when I could come by. I went there after work and everything was correct (I checked the model number to be sure it was 6255). I signed the papers, gave my deposit then made them write in BIG letters all over all the paperwork....DO NOT WASH!!! DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO THIS CAR!!! I told them when it gets there to just roll it off the truck and park it out of the way and don't touch it. I sure hope this happens. I already have plans for the paint and I don't want them to increase my work!
I haven't heard from them but they probably haven't heard anything either so I just continue to patiently wait.

For Americans this should be available as they clearly state all colours available so Hot Lava should also be available. I wanted Ultramarine...but I'm in Canada which means red, white and black which sucks. Puerto Rico on the other hand only gets white with only automatics which sucks even more, I wouldn't think of buying in that case.

Got this emailed to me today from a local dealer,

"Here are two documents that contain the specifications of 2 2014 Scion Monogram Series that are scheduled to be transported from Japan around 1/29 arriving to the U.S. a week later."

Here is the docs
