What was the coolest car built the year you were born?

I saw this post on Jalopnik and thought to do it here too. What's yours?

I was born in 1983 & first car I can think top of my head is this one

Fairlady was appropriately named in Japan. She's very pretty. I don't know much about Skylines older than R32s (basically only R32 and newer are imported used to Canada).
