How did you break in your engine?
I keep hearing different sides from different people saying I should/should not go hard on the car to break it in. Atm I only have ~210 miles on here. Iv done mixed driving, max rpm was around 5k doing a pull, other then that iv been shifting at 3k and cruising around ~2.5k. Any input would be helpful.

Went about 400 miles following the break in guide from the manual. Gave up on that and slowly started going higher little by little. Finally gunned it at around 460.
Going to keep on following the guide with small breaks here and there to push it harder, im a pretty casual driver around town so it wont be too hard. |

I took mine to Vegas.... lol. Left LA with around 91 miles or something like that. Came back and it was around 690 I think? Of course I had mixed the driving conditions around. Occasionally slowing down and downshifting to keep the speed from staying too constant. Stopping to rest and hit some stop and go traffic. Did some quick accelerations getting onto on ramps. And on the way back home with about 500 something miles I slid it around an empty parking lot in Barstow.... <- probably shouldn't do that though, but I always wanted to try.

I have been easy on it and hard. Been having fun for the most part. But yesterday found out the hard way on the fuel cut off instead of bouncing off the rev limiter. 406 miles so far.
