We must overdrive like crazy, we have to have the fronts at 37 to prevent rollover. Our course do have big turn arounds though. Gonna try 37/36 tommorow to get the rear end a little looser. Did 37/34 yesterday and while it flayed down fast times, it wasn't very funny to drive haha.

225 z2, crash bolts, stock shocks.

Usually I am set at 32 f/r. Last race I went down to 30 f & 28 r and found the back end much more controllable. But the course was a little bit slippery at the start. I find that even at 32 I am not utilizing all the tread on the sidewall. But still playing.

On which tires? I can't imagine running the RS3s that low with stock or near stock camber.

Sorry, should have mentioned on the Rivals.
Next set will be the ZII's just to feel the difference between tires.
235's on the stock rims.
I am not near my computer, what was the general consensus on using 16" wheels?

With 245/40/17 ZII and 12 runs between a co-driver and I, I settled on 39/36.5. This is going off where the wear was showing on the tire. Stock shocks with crash bolts. I think I'll get a pyrometer before my next event.

I run 47 front and 36 rear with 225 Rivals. I don't think your pressures are out of line, if I drop below 44 my rollover reaches unacceptable levels.

It can push sometimes but that has more to do with the front bar I'm running (Hotchkis on full stiff) than the tire pressures. The high front pressures might be a consequence of the front bar or my driving style.

I wasn't hanging around Sean and Mike in impound on Sunday so I don't really know though, but I don't think anyone threw paper.

Also, there is the GrimmSpeed front sway-bar. I like mine so far.

Are you talking about the strut tower brace?

I did my first prosolo at el toro over the weekend and while i was on course working noticed that the 370z was also classed in C street. It won CS and was a couple thousandths off the winning time of B street. Are the twins or even a NC miata capable of competing with it. Considering you can fit a very large tire to help with all the power. I was curious.

Jeff is a really good driver. I would have loved to have competed with him, but I competed in STX

According to my regular codriver @simpleisbest, they ran out of gearing on the initial turn around
I know that was a problem that Jeff didn't have. As crazy as this sounds, the cars can be "even" but it all depends on the type of courses

Here in SoCal we do have more of power courses compared to speed maintenance. That is where the twins truly shine
