Where does this hood stop buffer go?

Anyone have this on their hood and can show me the location of where this gets attached? I noticed I don't have these on my hood

They don't attach to the hood itself.
They attach to the support bar below it next to one of the headlight bolts.
They are circled in red in the attached picture.

The rubber stoppers stay on the frame.


The other pieces are PPF/stickers that you put onto your hood to prevent the stoppers from rubbing the paint off
