Windshield appear to be dirty.

So my case is almost repaired, just wanted to share if some people experience the same thing.

On my FR-S after delevery I've notice that their is a fuzzy spot on the driver side on my windshield like if it was dirty or wrongly washed.

So I've try to re-wash it correctly and I've found that this strange spot was between the layer of the windshield.

The 2 spot where near the top and near the wiper area, all on the driver side.

The Repair: Windshield remplacement

Unfortunately, the guy who replace it did a really bad job at my dealer, scrached my right A pillar and the windshield is not centered at all.

So my saleman did an damn great job and took arragement to repair my car at a local shop ( theirs no Scion dealer in my city, this one is at 20min of my home ) to do the body job and the windshield replaced correctly.

So hope it can help out someone if you see a kind of greasy dirty area on you windshield and it cannot be removed, it's in your windshield.

I do have somethin too in my windshield... noticed it the 2nd day I had it... It looks a little bore like scuffs "in" the glass... Can't touch them.... Same thing, they said they were going to replace it...

I will be staying right by the guys who will be doing it...

I have these spots as well. They are mostly on the drivers side in the upper left side. They look like water spots. Not in my direct line of sight. They are only visable when the sun is directly in front...like driving west, southwest late evening.

Otherwise I can't see them. At this point I think I'll live with it as I sure hate to have the glass pulled and resulting issue's after having new glass installed.

It's really hard to take picture of it, cuz you got to get the perfect angle to see it. If someone have still the problem post the pictures I'll ad it to my first post.

You should be able to use a flash to get the picture. Flashes make imperfections more obvious.

I thought my front and rear windshield had a glaze in it but i'm thinking it's detail/wax. I've been too lazy to remove it

It's easier to take a picture when you put a sheet of paper on the backside of the glass
