So far I've driven in the rain and there is no fogging and the paint still looks great. I will update if anything negative starts to show up... since this was my first time ever doing this I expect that sooner or later there will be a defect. You never know... it might just be that I did a good enough jog the first time!

Only $300 for the complete kit....do this and black out the chrome in the FRS lights.....and it better than spending $800 a headlight for the 86 HIDS.....but still no LED driving lights...oh wait, just change out the HIGHbeam halogen with a good yellow LED lights...and you got almost the perfect FR-s headlights for less than $350...

Trying these out for the high beams... since my reflector is black I think this might work well as a fog light. It will probably turn out to be crap, but for $30 you never know.

Looks nice but i wont be doing it. Did it on my celica and it looks great but it never sealed properly again. Theres always moisture getting in and leaving stains. If you can seal it well you shouldnt have a problem.

Looks great! I think I need to strip the black out of my high beam reflectors.... doesn't look bad at all to leave them chrome.

You could always retrofit another small projector in that place. It would be a bit of a hard work and stuff...but worth it. Or you could get a nice LED ring (Orion V2 or something like that) and attach it around the main projector. Instead of having the LED strip like the GTS you have a nice halo ring that would look mean. Looks very very good. |
