I'm running a uel catless header with the rest of the exhaust components stock and I think it sounds great. Combined with a drop in filter, snorkel mod and OFT tuning it has a neighbor pleasing sound level during idle and light acceleration/cruising. However, you go WOT and the extra exhaust noise from the removal of the primary cat along with the additional intake sound from the snorkle mod sounds aggressive without being obnoxious. Under hard acceleration especially through the mid range band it produces a hint of that deep Boxer rumble. Not loud but a louder, more refined than factory tone and sound level. I'm so content with the setup that I added some exhaust tips on the stock muffler and consider my exhaust system complete.
