The guy with the blue WRX with gold wheels in that video is in my local Subies FB group and he had his plates taken although we can argue it was justified because he is catless which is illegal. The officer could have ticketed him for tampering with emissions equipment which carries a hefty fine but left that alone and just told him he needs to pass emissions and safety and he can get new plates. Of course, right after he got his plates back, he went back to catless.. some people never learn.
