I know for a fact that they do not take points. Confirmed by Vorshlag, MCS and informed Greg of the same.

I'd call MCS and speak with Wyatt.

Do they have some sort of contingency program with NASA? I haven't seen it advertised anywhere. I've considered trading in my Ohlins suspension due to the >40mm shaft rule before, but other options like the AST's seemed like too much of a step down in performance. If MCS has a contingency program, I may have to consider switching, which with the combination of going back to stock rear LCAs would fit me in ST5.

They do not but the support is fantastic! I have had them come out to Road Atl with an engineer to help setup one of the race cars. Edgar spoke with Wyatt today as well about the switch. Call them up, tech support is great and I can assure you it’s not a step backward.

Got my car aligned with stock rear LCA. -2.6 just now FYI. 13 inch ride height.

Cheers!

Just heads up that Greg has confirmed that the FRS/BRZ will have to take the -0.7 a arm mod point:

I saw that so now I can either run petrol in TTD (maxxed out both points and hp wise) or run E85 to be maxxed out in TT5. Will dyno at Road Atlanta this weekend.

But in all seriousness, Josh, I think you will be VERY competitive in TT5. Just some tweaks. Over dinner (actually drinks) last night Edgar and I spoke in length. It takes a heart to demod but once done, should be a lot of fun. TT4 is very taxing on our cars (external power bump etc).

From what I have read, it looks like whiteline rear camber bushings should be free, along with energy suspension bushings. Would you agree? Help to claw back some mod factor.

It appears so non metallic. I was able to get desired camber with right amount of lowering only to get .1-.2 variance after corner balancing m. After a weekend at Road Atlanta the tire wear is perfect.

Anyone can shine some info on Diffs? I had some serious spin at Road Atlanta this past weekend and had to eggshell T7 costing me speed This only happens when running Hoosier R7s.

There are so many options Kaaz, OSG, Cusco, Tomei and MFactory.

Tomei is cost effective.

Those you who who upgraded the diff, what are you using and why? Also did you go with the larger cooler? Looks like diff is a free mod.

Cheers!

I picked up the Cusco RS diff from CSG. Made a pretty big difference in preventing inside wheel from spinning up in a turn. Definitely made a difference in putting the power down coming out of turns. I did not upgrade any cooling for the diff and have not run into any issues that I'm aware of.

Thanks Josh. Spoke with Freddy from PTuning and he will take care of it

I was under the impression that the Toyota Factory cup cars were on Torsen and it would suffice. But I struggled this weekend especially now that the car is dialed in and not plowing.

Cheers,

Lutfy

DO we have to take the -.5 hit for "watts link, panhard bar or torque arm" if we have upgraded the traction arm?

Good question. You may want to ask Greg amd/or post in the NASA forum.
