I'm pretty sure this is just a product of humidity. Close your windows, turn on your A/C, and it will go away.

I have only noticed the steering wheel being sticky after doing one thing: Cleaning with a wet cloth. Yeah, that's right, it only feels sticky after washing it off. It goes back to feeling normal after about 2 weeks of not washing/wiping it down for me.
TLDR: Stop cleaning everything. |
