Header is truly up to you. I went Tomei just because I saw one up for sale. JDL/Tomei/Nameless/Ace all have pretty well tested headers.

Can't really add much more timing on regular gas. Even with e85, Mike has told me it'll reliably make 290-295. Water Meth should put it about 275ish.

@moto-mike tagged since you've been requested.
On E85 we usually hit about 310 whp on the West Coast. We even have an article in D Sport Magazine (November 2014) going over the build of what it took to hit 310 whp.

On 93-94 octane I do not think you are going to be able to hit 300whp on the standard 210 kit. I would expect about 270-280whp on 93-94 octane might be doable.

Thank you for the response! Do you have any recommendations for how to hit 270-280whp? /any specific delicious tuning tune

I think the three keys are: good tune, water meth injection, and a good header. Also think about whether you want to run a catted or catless header. And with FI I always recommend in person dyno tunes, especially when trying to push the envelope.

Thank you! Good advise. I will be doing a in person dyno tune a week from tomorrow! Headers and WMI within the next month or two

I would suggest a good set of headers, as this will really help the exhaust ports flow better from the heads. ACE Headers and JDL UEL are great options for this, along with many other options on the market.

A decent exhaust system from the headers back, but you do not need to go over board on this. Just something to keep the velocity and flow of the exhaust gase velocity up and unrestricted.

We have found the stock air box works rather well since it keeps the air cool entering the engine. Also you will need to remove the snorkle and we would suggest adding an HKS bumper scoop to intake temps down. Cool air will be more dense and therefore allow more air molecules to enter the engine. So it is important to keep those temps as cool as possible.

Lastly we offer a 69mm pulley option to get the boost up a bit more which you will need to have the intercooled kit for. Then run 94+ octane on a little bit of a custom tune from us for this configuration and you should be right around 270-280whp.

Thank you! Slight problem though, I have already ordered the 69mm pulley (I have the stage 2 intercooler) but the best pump gas available within an hour of where I live is 93+, is this okay to run? Or should I return the 69mm and get a 70 or something.

The 69mm is designed for the intercooler and 91+ octane fuel. So you are good to move forward with what you have.
