Aaaugh! <throws hands up dramatically> I only suggested the wheel clamp because I figured you had already given up on the seat latches - hence rear seat delete.

You will fall in love with your car all over again when you fix it.

I don't like complaining about a sports car, but it is definitely awkward grabbing a cup of water and putting it back, haha. I sit close (5' 6") and because race car so it's behind me too.
I just use the bottleholders in the doors. They work just fine for cups.

+1.

Had to take my SVX through a ditch once when a truck towing a utility trailer pulled a left in front of me blocking both lanes.

Car survived well. Only tore up the fenderliner and made a mess of the front bumper. But - the mountain dew code red in the center cupholder doused the interior and the radio buttons were never the same. A sticky reminder.

The BRZ door mounted cupholders are a much more secure place for a drink and I think they'd hold one in place during a high risk maneuver. The center cupholder would spray coffee all over your interior.

I finally figured it out. What I hate the most about this car.

When I start he car, and I hit the source button on the stereo, why does it go to the slow, rotating selection of options and not the quick, easy to read, and easy use "all" selection of input options?

Blame the programmers! :P

Luckily for me, all I do is listen to music from my phone so plug in auxiliary cord > play some Initial D soundtracks >

The design of the center console cup holder. If you want to use the arm rest you have to slide it forward and the the cup holder is moved way back behind you. I ended up just using the holder in the side of the door to hold a water or soda bottle.

Just in case you haven't tried it yet, go to settings>System>Vehicle Setting (should say FR-S)>select different vehicle.

These are all the EQ settings they use for the Scion fleet (IF you're in an FRS), so choose whichever suits you best. I'm still switching between xD and xB right now.

You need ti be more gentle when driving. When i put my coffee in center cupholder i use centrifugal force to keep in the cup without spilling a drop.
