One week to decide, and I am still on the fence about going. The not sure on current registrations does not sound encouraging.

I know I asked this before but I don't think there was ever a clear answer. With a week to go I'm starting to wonder how we're supposed to identify ourselves if we've registered online. Do we get something in the mail? (I mean, I received an email from FR-SMod saying my package shipped) Or do we just walk up and say we paid online? I don't want to get double charged for registering for this.

Edit: Also, I noticed the schedule provided just has the sign-up times and the drive times. If we're not going to those events, what else is there for us that aren't signing up for those events?

Hey King Tut-

We have several dozen registered and 100+ unregistered stating they are coming. We experience this situation every time we plan an event, until an event has multiple years under its belt, it is difficult to get 100+ to pre register for an event they have never attended. We have done everything in our power to make the event as large scale as possible from advertising in Import Tuner, blasting on forums and social media outlets, to corralling all of the sponsors together to donate products to raffle off. Just the raffle prizes alone should be enough to draw in crowds of FRS and BRZ owners. The list of items being raffled off:

BC Racing- BR Series Coilovers
P&L Motorsports- NA Header
RacerX Fabrication- Control Arms
Haltech- Sprint 500 ECU
Berk- Exhaust pieces
Deatschwerks- DW700cc Injectors and Fuel Pump
FRSMOD- Short throw shifter, Strut Bar
Full Blown- FB Aluminum Radiator
Injector Dynamics- ID850cc injectors
Mackin Industries- Muteki and Kyokugen lug nuts, Gram Light T-Shirts
Stance Suspension- Suspension Bushings and Driving Gloves
Driveshaft Shop- Driveshaft for 6spd
EcuTek- RaceRom License

Hope to see you here!

Hey Nevermore- We will have an email out to all of the per-registrants by this afternoon with all of the details. But in nutshell, when you show up there will be a registration table to check in and get your bag, t-shirt and raffle tickets. The planned hourly schedule will be refreshed here shortly on the website.

Even if you do not want to race your car, the cruise up to Indy and activities that are going on at the drag strip will be a great time. The dyno and car show are going on at the same time so you can jump between the two but if you do not want to attend the cruise to the drag strip or the drag strip festivities then we do not have another event for those to attend. The following morning is the autocross.

Can't wait to see everyone here!

Just pre-registered. Did I miss the e-mail with the details?

Okay, you and the guy that's coming with me have convinced me, I'm definitely doing the cruise. I think I'm even going to sign up for the dyno, even though I hadn't planned on it originally. He was curious about the dyno too. He doesn't have an FR-S or BRZ, but was wondering if you guys would dyno his BMW? He seemed pretty excited.

Glad to hear you joining the cruise, as far as the BMW friend, unfortunately the Dyno and car show are reserved for FRS BRZs only. Plenty non twins will be coming but they will be excluded from those, they will be welcome to cruise and to drag race though. Tell him to register online though as it will be more expensive at the gate. We will be policing the event for wristbands given out at registration, not to be hard asses but to make it fair for everyone who did pre register like yourself.
