I believe that this will help understand why the cars are allocated the way they are. Not saying that I agree that this is the best way, just passing on information.

It is important dealers fully understand the order filling process as you submit your sold orders. In summary, allocations for the 7 months May-November have been developed for each dealer. Fulfillment of a dealer’s allocation quantity will be spread basically pro-rata over the 7-month period and will not accelerate based on the number of sold orders submitted nor will it be reduced based on the number of sold orders other dealers submit. The most important factor is for individual dealers to ensure their sold orders are submitted in the order with which they want them filled. SOA will look to fill the oldest sold order within a dealer’s allocation from the pool of cars available irrespective of when that order came in versus any other dealer’s order." -Subaru of America

So how does that explain the #2 order being filled before my #1? Lol doesn't make sense.

Availability of specific combinations. Same as the two cars that were skipped t the deler I'm using.

Wrb, Ssm, and black seem to have a steady supply but maybe not dgm and gbs

The key phrase is "from the pool of cars available". If the #1 order is for a Blue car and there are only White cars available, then guess what!

That's what I got too. Well, plus fogs but that's either port or dealer installed.
