WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR BRZ TODAY?

Got my over pipe and front pipe installed today. Hoping to have my intake installed tomorrow.

I did not take it to my first track day ever, and I did not have a fricken awesome time.

Picked it up from the body shop then installed my new tail lights and front lip.

well...after 7 amazing months with my brz, I got nailed yesterday on a wet rainy morning by a speeding nissan rogue trying to beat the lights when I was making a left turn on a yellow light. My bonehead decision to assume the female driver was going to slow down (since she had plenty of time and distance on wet conditions). The 'Oh Shit' moment was when I looked again while turning and she appeared to have sped up! Luckily, my baby saved me as I walked with some minor aches and pain. It was my first car accident ever after 7 years with my license/clean driving. My baby never even made it to it's first birthday. Today was suppose to be the day she was suppose to have the TRD exhaust installed.

Was she found at fault? If so, her insurance will deal with it, and if you aren't satisfied with the end product (your fixed car), make it known.

lol yea just realized it...i just re-uploaded it. We'll see what insurance says...cops said it was my fault and ticketed me according to the witness behind me(who I also manage to hit her front bumper upon impact)

So you're turning left, and it's yellow, did she have the red light?
When I was learning driving school, if it was too dangerous to stop (or the roads were a hazardous condition), it was alright to go through the yellow.

When there's a police report, the insurance is going to go according to that.

I agree. By law, you have to yield to oncoming cars (no matter what buffoonery they pull) before making the left so my chances are winning is slim to none. I will lawyer up and see what they advise. Even though the witness and police report says I was at fault. There could've been a possibility that it did turn red but everything happened so fast. We'll see what the adjusters says when they deal with the case after they comb through the evidence.

Funny enough, my uncle told me there's a foolish taxi driver in town that he knew that told him he blasts through yellow lights to get unaware left turn drivers to hit him so he can claim money from insurance...
