Clutch Advice

Hey everyone,

I need some expert advice on whether it's time to replace my clutch. I've attached photos of the parts for reference.

Here are some details:

Model: Southbend Stage 2 daily.
Torque Rating: 315ft

Clutch Disc: I'm not sure about the wear level, but the material seems a bit thin. There are no cracks that I can see, but I'd appreciate any input on how much life is left.

Pressure Plate: There are a few areas where I think I see signs of wear or hot spots, but I'm not entirely sure if it's enough to cause concern. There are no visible cracks, but I'm wondering if the discoloration is a sign of overheating or warping.

I initially decided to take it apart because it was slipping under 10psi of boost.

Ask Southbend what the wear limits are on the disc.

Your pressure plate is hot spotted AF.

Stop touching clutch friction surfaces with greasy hands.

I'm considering getting the SB8-XTSS. A lot of people seems to think very highly of it and it has a torque rating of 351.
