Well guys it looks like I'm the next lucky one for the phantom esc. I will be utilizing the system to teach physics in class and will be working closely with our automotive classes. I'm really excited for the teaching opportunities and the fun drives to school. We may auto x the car with members of the auto club joining me in the co pilot seat.

Should be fun!

'Real world' at 35 degrees F vs 'real world' at at 90 degrees F. 'Real world' intake/oil/water temps stoplight racing vs 'real world' intake/oil/water temps at extended track events. You certainly know that 'real world' at +3500 feet is different than 'real world' at sea level. God damn.. Well said

It will be interesting to see how you make out with the Open Flash tune. Are you going to have this done live or remote?

I asked Shiv if he was interested I did not get a response back. (May have been busy) Worse case scenario once the data logging is up for the OFT I will be tuning the car along with the auto teacher. (Rather he will be tuning and I'll be learning.) So either way it will be tuned with it. Also in a few short weeks he will be releasing e85. So I can't wait to be testing this with e85.

I will be doing a dyno tomorrow on my car to get a baseline. With current mods.

If any shops in the NJ/PA/NY/DE area want to get working on a phantom electric system I'd be glad to allow them to use my car to develop it. This kit offers exactly what I'm looking for and I don't see anyone working in my area on this kit!

In another thread he mentioned that he is out of town without his laptop. At a wedding, I believe.

Yeah I figured he's usually good about responding.

@Sojhinn, I'm in Clairemont...but I'll drive to you, as myself and many others are very interested in seeing performance with a car near sea level!

Just as a heads up then, I'll let you guys know when we are dynoing with the ESC. That way we can have a few others to watch. Then we just need to find a good time to all meet up and do some runs along the hills. I currently teach about 2 miles from the border, and I live in chula vista.

BTW- Great color choice.
