OpenFlash Tablet
I'm still experiencing idle dip and I'm on the stage 1 tune. I think I remember reading these tunes were supposed to fix that problem. Anyone one else experiencing this?

I got in my OFT this past saturday, but unfortunately my car had to go in the shop friday night due to the dealership not using the battery tie downs.. Needless to say going through a turn at about 45mph sent my battery into my strut support and arc'd it which fried the main wiring harness running from the baterry to the rellay box.. So this saturday when i get it back (i hope) i will finally get to test this thing out. Got my baseline on the track to see the change. i will post results when i get to run haha

Never flashed back. Dealer went strictly by trouble codes and ecu was going to be replaced per Tsb. I did forget to remove perrin crank pulley and they tried to blame high frequency vibes as well. I can tell u that new motor is way quieter than original motor. Little valve train noise if any. I didn't mind ecutek tune just don't like the cost and being locked into anything.

Noob question: what are the performance gains of OFT on bone stock running 91 octane?
Is it basically the same as it was in Sept. '13 (http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47001) which was about +16hp and +15tq? Last edited by btoast; 06-03-2014 at 06:25 PM. Reason: Accuracy |

Help. Anyone get an "Oops error writing to the ECU" when re-flashing your twin?
