Picked up 3 gallons today and have another 3/4 at home already. The innovate IC needs a little over 1/2 gallon. Yay new toys.

My brother just told me that he used another gallon of coolant that he had ... So I think if it is fresh it will probably take about ~4 gallons

Any chance this thing could be installed without removing the front bumper? I keep seeing posts about crooked front bumpers.

Honestly if you do not rush taking off the front bumper and putting it on (if it is not coming off easily or going in easy then you are doing something wrong) there should be no trouble with the front bumper.

I took mine off and put it on without any problems at all and nothing is out of alignment. I seriously do not seeing the radiator being installed without the bumper off as you need to get to things - mainly since you have to attach the AC condenser to the radiator and you need access to the front of the radiator for that.

@sw20kosh - Mine has started leaking too, problem is I'm in New Zealand and local repairers reckon it needs to be re-cored.

I've been trying to contact @robispec for 3 months but no response to email nor phone messages. Does anyone have any contact details for him (in case I'm not using the right ones?)

He's gone. He doesn't cover repairs of the radiator. Tried already. I swapped back to stock radiator and added an oil-air oil cooler.

You can try contacting CBR Performance in Lake Elsinore, CA. They're the manufacturers of the radiators.

I gave them a call today and Clint was very obliging. Since mine is only a small leak he's suggested using 2x "GM Cooling system sealant tablets" which should block up the leak - so will try that first.

He also sees Robi on a semi-regular basis so said he would pass on the feedback about the radiators.

My leak was quite minor ie. the coolant was evaporating and leaving crystalised coolant in the corner

So, I've read through the cusco oil cooler thread and it seems it's ok for N/A applications but not the best solution overall. Then after reading about robispec's cooler it seemed iffy about fitment but the best solution. So I find this thread and he's no longer active, leaky cores, and non responsive. I'm really not wanting to go air cooled but haven't found another solution. Any details on this set up or able to recreate it?
