@JDKane527, are you, or is anyone else using the splitter with the Jackson Racing oil cooler? Any issues with the install? (especially where the oil cooler mounts to the beam)

Very excited to receive my splitter + race upgrade today...unfortunately it arrived damaged. This is the first time I've ever received a damaged item. I just submitted a claim to UPS. I hope this isn't a pain in the ass and I'm not screwed out of money or lots of time.

I'm sorry to hear this. Out of the 30 or so splitters that have been shipped, you are the first person to experience this issue. With how poorly shipping companies handle packages, it's no surprise this would happen eventually.

Both Velox and @FT-86 SpeedFactory stand behind the product, so please rest assured that your issue will be resolved in a reasonable fashion.

Thanks,
Eric

The race splitter is definitely on my wish list. At BIR on the high speed turn 2 (90-110 mph?), I had to drive cautiously (slower) as the front end felt very "floaty" in my FR-S (stock aero and ride height). The Driveway Labs T1 Diffuser is also on the list to help match the aero balance.

The splitter will definitely help you, as will the rear diffuser. One helps the front, the other helps the rear .

Just wanted to follow up and say I got the replacement splitter and it has arrived in safe and sound condition. Thanks ft86speedfactory for standing behind your product (even when it was shipper's error) and making this as hassle free as possible for me. Great customer service.

Thought some of the people in this thread may want to read up on how we perform our CFD analysis, how accurate we attempt to be, and get an inside look on our capabilities.

Finally got off the fence and ordered the splitter and race upgrade. Really looking forward to it!

Please update this thread with pics after the install. I have been on the fence for a while now because lack of pictures of this splitter on a FRS. I don't daily drive my car but I do tend to take it out quite a bit. Judging by the few pictures in this thread of the splitter on a FRS it seems to big for anything except for when I am at the track. Am I wrong?

https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...0507724&type=3 They are also scattered throughout this thread.

The splitter comes across much bigger in pictures then in real life in my opinion. I see it in pictures and think "wow that is gawdy and large", but in person, it's very aesthetically pleasing, gets tons of looks, and appears right at place on the car. I can't imagine going back to stock.
