I know a fair bit about detail if you got any questions. I used to be a detail supervisor (only for a few months) although its more of a hobby for me.

I can give you 2 off the top of my sleepy head.


- 2 bucket technique, 1 or even both with grit guard if you want to go further.

- Water sheeting method, not really a proper procedure per say, but an easier way to rinse the car off without having to spend lots of time drying.

Speaking of washing, havent washed the car since last year. Partly due to the weather around here, mostly due to laziness. I'll give her a nice shower possibly next month.

Right now, she's my little dirty b****.

(I feel icky for writing that last part.)

I've been off this forum for years. I can't remember the last time i was on. But my garage has grown along with my cars. I used to just have a Celica. Now i have a new DD.



And my latest project-- Supra.

I'm doing well, although apparently in the middle of the night I moved my 6-month old daughter from her crib to her "pack-and-play" without realizing it. That was a little scary this morning when I went to check on her in the crib.

I'm not prone to sleepwalking, so this is likely an isolated incident thankfully. In all reality, she was probably crying, I woke up, soothed her, then put her down where I was accustomed to doing it. We just started sleeping her in her crib since her room gets cold during the winter.
