Even the MAP kit has the BOV just as close to the MAF as our original layout. I'd love to hear what makes ours so different. We do a lot of installs here at the shop and never have issues.

Either way it shouldn't be an issue, especially with the long route piping kit.
To be fair, we haven't had any issues with tuning on these kits. The very first ones preferred pure speed density of course, but the new ones can run hybrid of full SD without an issue. No more difficult to tune for than any other turbo kit on the market, with much higher than average quality!

Thanks so much for the clarification! Did not mean to stir up any controversy just couldn't find a changelog for the kit

I'm glad you did. I've heard it all before and have a good idea where it stems from.

Bump. Any answer?

Welcome everybody! New account but not really new to the forum. I would just like to say I love this kit and have just hit my 5k mile mark since install. No issues at all. Id like to see more updated on the kit as far as what other people are making whp and supporting mods people running. I currently am making 330 whp on 93 pumped at 11.5 psi.

I also just recently made an instagram build page @BADAZZBRZ if you would like to check out more pics and videos of the kit. Follow me and I will follow all build pages back.

Is anyone running a Crawford AOS by chance? I recently acquired one from the classifieds here and it just occured to me within the last week or so that the top port on the can is supposed to route to the factory intake tube....which I obviously am not going to have. If anyone has any experience or can tag anyone that does please let me know how you routed yours.

You should have a nipple on the intake tube for the turbo

Most of my kit arrived Tuesday, BOV and wastegate are scheduled to be dropped off later today. I'll tell you what, those motherfuckers can weld!!!! The packaging was very very thorough...you could have dropped it off of your roof with no damage. It's currently sitting in my buddy's garage and we are going to tackle it next weekend. Super excited, I've waited a long time for this.

Thank you for being patient! We try our best!

Off topic but here's a pretty cool Honda K series setup we did recently....Titanium coated manifold with Titanium dumptube.

We can do custom options like this for any kit!

No nipple on the intake. If you were me would you but a filter on the hose and vent it, or are there consequences from that? Or would you cut your losses and find another route to go?

I REALLY like the idea of a UEL GTX2867R kit with that option.

I'd like to see more pics if anyone has some. @JDLAutoDesign?
Did anyone do this. I would love to see pictures?
Did it cost more?
Where is the BOV located?

The blow off valve is located on the inlet side of the intercooler. Check out this post for better pictures.
