I would enjoy seeing a full tilt NA build. Logically, unless you are building to some class rule or to break some arbitrary record, it's dumb, but from an emotional and freak factor, the purity of and likely sweet sounds of a NFG NA are a wonderful thing. Push the displacement to within a millimeter of it's life, lighten the rotating assembly to the max so it winds up quick and throw some dual downdraft sports injection bodies on it with tuned trumpets dumping through a properly engineered manifold and exhaust, mmm. Imagine those sounds bouncing off the canyon walls while you try to keep the car from physically doing the same.

Quit trying to out think the engineers and just drive the car.

I wonder WHY he would decline such a public validation of his superior engineering skills????

I wonder if moto east can dig up a stock pull from comparable weather.

No need really... the orignal claim was done on a mustang dyno that can be manipulated to read as high or low as you want..
This pull was done on a dynojet, which does not have many manipulation parameters available and is the standard for like for like comparisons....

About humidity and heat, I dynoed my car under a roof on high 70s breezy weather and it made 552 whp.

Dynoed it a different day at 99 degree weather, under the sun and 90+ humidity and it made 533 whp which is 3.4% less... so yea....

Does someone want to explain what really happened here? Mike Brz claimed that something kicked up from the track and somehow struck his crank and idler pulley (lol) and shot through his hood.

I doubt that something could have just shot up from underneath his engine bay, unless maybe he removed the skid plate?
