With a turbo you are best using 75W90.

You need a good lemon or two to get it to taste just right, if the smell gets to you maybe a clove of garlic or onions would help deflect the smell. That grade generally does not go down well as it’s quite thick.

Now about the oil thing, are you asking about Turbo oil or Engine oil? Im old, quite grumpy and get confused quite easily… For summer I would go with your first or second choice if your Turbo is not installed yet. But im not generally picky with oil as Im more of a change it often than what is the very best oil this week. |

Car builders tend to recommend very light oil because the tiny little benefit they get looks good for the government on their CAFE standards. Someone posted an interesting thread here recently showing differing oil pressures at temperature per thousand RPM between 0W-20 and 5W-30. I thought it was significant. I run 5W-30 or 0W-30 in mine, depending on what I can get at the time. It gets hot in Florida.

that's how razor thin they are from not meeting the standard, that extra force in the motor from a different oil viscosity is enough to pass/fail a motor to cafe standards...
