I'd be curious on this box too. Love JL Audio! I think when the Reference OEM Plus systems comes out it will sound great but I'm not sure if the whole system would be loud enough.

I've got the regular (non-reference) 400+ and it's PLENTY loud. The reference should only improve.

My JL rep was in the other day and the Stealthbox and Sub were in our updated pricing sheet so i can only assume that they have started shipping if not will be soon. They also have a nice new XD 1000/5 amp which they have released.

Looks like JL has dropped the ball on this one. Losing quite a few sales to the OEMAudioPlus system due to these delays. Price also scares me. Their Impreza stealthbox is $849 MSRP, and you still need to buy an amp at that point.

Looking at it from the Scion side, the 2011-Up Scion tC box is 549.95 and the woofer that comes in that (10W3v3 $259.95) is only $40 less than the woofer that comes in the FR-S box (10TW3 $299.95). By that rational, $589.95 should be the price.

The stealth box is pretty sweet and saves room. But check these boxes out. You can put the full size W6 in these. Right on! They are still in design but will be out soon

Thank you for the price and for the pictures. My estimate was pretty close, happy with their msrp. @JoeBoxer have you heard anything new?

Msrp is reasonable, i'll make calls tomorrow to see what i can get on bulk pricing.
