Sweet. Is the dyno graph in this thread done with the carb tune?

The kit does include the EcuTek license as well, right?

Yes, the graph you are referencing was produced on our car with the tune that was approved by CARB. It is indeed the identical tune that will ship with each CARB approved system.

Yes, the CARB approved systems (Specifically the part numbers listed in the original post) include the CARB EO decal, locked CARB approved tune (91octane optimized, safe for use with 93), a single ECUTEK license and single ECUTEK cable. These systems even include a K&N drop in air filter.
The only thing not included in the CARB approved complete systems is the installation labor and the tools to perform the installation.

The pic above does not look like an intercooler (more like an oil cooler).

The plumbing is too small unless that cooler is bigger than the radiator....

Water cooled. That's the heat exchanger for the water.

^THIS - is a major oversight on your side!

I know it's been covered somewhere but I can't remember, who did the tuning for you?

The black heat exchanger pictured is exactly that, a fluid to air heat exchanger. The intercooler itself is the cast machined assembly below the heat exchanger in the image below the engine bay shot. Here is a better close up of the intercooler core itself, It is inside the plenum portion of the intake manifold once installed.

Here is a picture of the intercooler core itself up close:

For additional information on the intercooler setup, feel free to check out or other thread or contact us directly.

Could someone order the CARB legal kit, minus the cable and license (if they already have ECUtek)?

Well, that just made my FI choice. Been waiting to see a C.A.R.B approved kit be released.
